HBO is dramatically expanding the cast for the third and final season of its hit drama "Euphoria," adding 18 new actors including some surprising names like Natasha Lyonne, director Eli Roth, and YouTube personality Trisha Paytas, as first reported by Deadline.
Stacking the deck: The new lineup includes Danielle Deadwyler, Sam Trammell, and Gideon Adlon, who join previously announced newcomers Sharon Stone and Rosalía. They'll appear alongside returning core stars Zendaya, Hunter Schafer, Jacob Elordi, and Sydney Sweeney, with HBO also releasing a first-look image of Deadwyler's character to mark the news.
Confirming the rumors: The announcement resolves some lingering questions, confirming Nika King will return after Variety noted she was left off an earlier cast list following public comments on production delays. As Entertainment Weekly pointed out, Paytas’s involvement was one of the production’s worst-kept secrets, as she had been teasing it on her podcast for months.
The series remains a bona fide hit for HBO, ranking among its most-watched shows while already collecting nine Emmy awards from 25 nominations ahead of its eight-episode final season, which is scheduled for spring 2026 after a four-year hiatus.
While the full cast is set, star Jacob Elordi has teased the new season as "incredibly clever and cinematic." Meanwhile, Zendaya has been spotted on the set of the new Spider-Man film, and new cast member Eli Roth recently shared his list of terrifying possession movies to watch for Halloween, according to reports compiled by IMDb.
